Activity
See every change made in your organisation: who made it and when.
Activity is a record of every change in your organisation. Use it to answer "who changed that?"
Find it in the left menu under Settings → Activity.
What you see
Each line shows when it happened, who did it, what was changed and a short summary of the change. A line is marked Added for something new and Changed for an edit.
Choose a period
The buttons above the list choose how far back to look: Last 24 hours, Last 48 hours, Last week or Last month. Choose Custom to pick the first and last day yourself. The page opens on the last week. It tells you how many changes the period holds. The list shows the latest 500 at most, so if a period has more, choose a shorter one to see the rest.
When it helps
- A channel stopped working: see who changed its settings.
- An answer changed: see who edited a skill or a knowledge source.
- A new person has access: see who invited them.
Activity is read-only. Nothing here can be edited or removed.
