A lead is a person who chose to share their contact details in a conversation: a name and an email, and sometimes more. Chatty keeps them for you.
What you see
Each lead shows the name, email, any other details, the channel and when it was captured. Search by name, email or a detail.
Download
Click Download CSV to take your leads into a spreadsheet or another tool.
Get more leads
Leads only come from conversations on your channels. If there are none yet, check that a channel is live. A visitor decides for themselves whether to share their details, so Chatty never makes them up.

Owners, admins and responders.
