AI connections
Let your own AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, work your tickets and knowledge.
You can connect your own AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to Chatty. The assistant then works your tickets and knowledge on your behalf. It acts as you, with your role, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Connect an assistant
- In your assistant, add Chatty as a connector.
- When it asks, approve the connection in Chatty.
- It now appears in the list.
The list shows whether it can only read or can also make changes. A role that cannot make changes in Chatty cannot make them through an assistant either.
What you see
Each connection shows the assistant, who connected it, which workspace it works in, its access (Read only or Read and make changes), when it connected and when it was last used. It also shows how many calls it made today.
Limits
Each assistant is limited to a number of calls a minute, so one assistant cannot overwhelm the system. If an assistant goes over, it is asked to wait and try again. Nothing is lost. If it keeps happening, check what the assistant is doing.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect on a connection. The assistant stops working straight away.
